Meet the Parents

Vanessa's parents (Ella Joyce, Rasta) have an agenda when they meet Michael and Jay for the first time. Meanwhile, Michael fears that Claire's becoming a “clothesaholic.” Vanessa: Brooklyn Sudano. Claire: Jennifer Freeman.

The last episode was good! It had all the things I liked about the show in the first place. The marriage counselor visits, Jr. was more funny than retarded, the girls were funny, Franklin actually was put to good use. And Jr. friends were entertaining as well. I also notice that Kim Wayans wrote that show, I hope she keeps it up to that level.

As far as Vanessa parents Jr's lack of smarts might be a interesting target!

Apparently, we were all wrong! I thought they would be snotty, but they obviously had nothing to be snotty about. Some of us thought Junior's stupidity would come into play (by the way, that's a good guess. I would have thought that too :) ) but we were wrong again. Vanessa's parents were scammers! Disgusting dogs really. Yuck....I did not like them, but I will admit it was a really hilarious episode. :lol:

I'm a bit confused by it! If they are scammers does that mean the the girl is NOT pregnant or what? They kind of lefted that open, don't you think?

Marvin, they did kind of leave that open! they never even showed Vanessa or Junior after that. You would think they would show her apologizing for her parents or something. :confused:
