Does GSN soon having the rights to air the original "Star Search" with Ed McMahn

Does anybody remember the popular talent show back in the 80's. I thought it was a reality show. It was the original "Star Search" with host Ed McMahn. I saw the clip featured young artists like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Aaliyah (RIP), Atlantis Morrisante and others. I hope that the folks at Game Show Network will run the original episodes of the popular talent show before the Arsenio Hall years. I hope GSN will have the Ed McMahn's version and it will air real soon. Don't be alarmed!

As I was saying that my thread is one year old. The new GSN aired reruns of "Star Search" since it started back on Monday along with "Dog Eat Dog". The show was hosted by Arsenio Hall. The original Ed McMahon's version was not shown the new GSN.:mad: I used to like that show. Remember back when Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and the rest from years ago before they all went to stardom. Thank goodness for a "Full House" episode with the original "Star Search".:) Too bad, GSN does not have the rights to air reruns of the original "Star Search" anymore.:(
