Which on screen couple do you think had the greatest sexual tension?

In my opinion Sam and Diane ...watch any episode from Cheers' first five seasons and I think you'll agree

If anybody has extra time, lol or is just bored, and you've never seen Cheers or want to get a small taste of the sexual tension, Go herelink (http://dianechambers87.tripod.com/cheerssamanddiane/id3.html) read some of the quotes at the top if you want but scroll down to the sound bytes and click on "Showdowns parts 1,2, and 3"; "kiss"; "things heat up in Melvilles"; and maybe "perception"(BTW the showdowns and the kiss wave are all from the same episodes and are consecutive with each other...except i have a little part missing between Showdown 3 and the kiss wave...oh yea and also btw lol this is my website)....then if your computer can handle it (and this isn't really sexual tension it's just a funny clip) click on the video clip that says "power play"

Without a doubt, Sam and Diane from Cheers. That storyline was like a weekly soap opera. It was great.
I saw it firsthand. I'm old, lol.

I chose Lou and Mary because for one reason thats the only show I watch from that list.

Ditto, although if I had my choice, I'd have voted for the Petries of "The Dick Van Dyke Show." Sure, they were married, but they were also really sexy, esp. given that it was the early '60's!

Sam and Diane are absolutely great, but for pure sexual tension I think that Jack and Karen (from "Will and Grace" ) and Doctor Johnny Fever and Bailey Quarters (from "WKRP In Cincinnati" ) have to tie for first place.


Jack and Karen want each other, but neither has any clue why that would be - and Johnny Fever and Bailey wanted each other, too...ummm, I don't think they knew why either.
