Ultimate Roseanne Fan Contest!

This is an unofficial contest but I thought it would be fun to do on here. Starting Monday August 11th, I will post a new question here everyday. They could be any type of question: True or False, Quote, Who said this?, Name the episode, character identification, whatever. All questions are about the series Roseanne. The first person to send me the correct answer through email to: tv@cliffhanger.com gets a point. Only 1 entry per person per day(per question). So, the first answer you send is the answer I check. Second entries will be deleted. Each day a new question and an opportunity to add more points to your name. The questions will be posted at around 5pm, U.S. Eastern time. The first person with 5 points, meaning you have to correctly answer 5 different questions the fastest, gets the following prize: A compilation video of 15 of YOUR favorite episodes of Roseanne, commercial free! [I have every episode taped from TBS so you can choose whichever episodes you want]. I'm sorry but this is only eligible for people who can play VHS videos. I do not have a PAL converter. You pay nothing at all. I will pay for the video and the shipping so I hope everyone participates. It could be fun! So, come back here August 11th for the premiere question!

Special Tip: Use the episode guides at epguides.com and tvtome.com to help you but know this: Most of the questions will not have answers found there. Use the episode guide to help refresh your memory on episodes, that way, you can narrow your choice down before sending a guess because there is only 1 entry per person per day(per question). Can you explain what happens when people get to 10, 15, 20 points.

Well, we will play until there is a winner and then everyone starts with a clean slate. Then the next round(seeing that people want to do it again), the winner from the last round is not eligible.

To get the point you need to get the question right and be the FIRST person to get it right. If someone got it right before you, then that person gets a point but you don't.

Hope it is clear.

Basically it is impossible to get over 5 points in one round.

To make it fair, I have decided a rule: I will need atleast 10 entries after the first question is posted so tell everyone you know about it, who likes Roseanne. Pass it around the internet. If this game goes off and I get a lot of support, there will be a second round with more episodes as prizes and a surprise shocker!

I changed my mind again. I feel it is too hectic and inconvenient to do the contest here and would just take up space. I have set up a website for the contest and I will be posting the URL here Wednesday at 5pm Eastern Standard Time instead of the question. On the website, you will find all the RULES, TIPS on playing, and the CONTEST questions, and the prize, which has changed slightly; so has the points needed to win. All will be on the website so come back here Wednesday.
