They were 60's groups. Maybe this will help;
Lovin' Spoonful- Summer In The City
Gary Lewis and The Playboys- This Diamond Ring
Herman's Hermits- I'm Henry The Eighth I Am
Freddie and The Dreamers-"Do The Freddie"; "I'm Telling You Now"
The last two are British:D

Freddie And The Dreamers. Not very well remembered but they were kind of a silly band who did "The Freddie"( a jumping jacks kind of dance) while performing. "The Freddie" was a minor dance craze around 1965.:lol:

:lol:Ok, I'll confess. When I was 15 (1965) There was a weekly Friday night dance at the local roller rink. My friends and I DID "The Freddie"! :blush:
It was corny but fun!:crazy: :lol:
We were just TOO groovy! The Freddie looks something like this!:yippee:

It's a close match between The Lovin Spoonful and Gary Lewis and the Playboys. I'd go with Gary Lewis and the Playboys.

The Lovin' Spoonful, but they're all good, even though Freddie and the Dreamers only had a few hits.
