I remember as a kid in the 70s watching a sitcom in the evening where there was a couple and they switched places either now and then or at night or something like that. (She became a man, he became a woman) and I think they kept it a secret from everyone. ...agh! Thats all I can really recall.....Thanks in advance!

You're talking about "Turnabout," from 1979. It starred John Schuck ("McMillan and Wife") as Sam Alston, a husband who would magically switch bodies with his wife, Penny, played by Sharon Gless ("Cagney & Lacey"). It only had 7 episodes, so for you to have a memory of it is amazing!
