Oxygen loses black bar?

It appears so. I've been watching A DIfferent World, Cybill and now Kate and Allie, and I'm almost certain yesterday OXYGEN used the black bar, but this morning, it's gone. I hope it stays that way.

That would be nice. I don't watch the channels that do the balck bar thing, so I'll have to turn on Oxygen. I quit watching TNN over the annoying black bar.

The black bar used for First Network for Men (TNN aka spike TV) and Oxygen are now gone!

...Now if Sci-Fi would quit running promos over the ending credits, that would be even better!
