Eh, some of these people take full advantage of the screen blocking everybody. They know they can pull as much **** as they want without someone coming through the computer to kick their ass. But I bet 10 bucks these obnoxious people don't act as obnoxious in real life. They'd get the ass kicking of their life, if they did.

Seamus is just a demon. When I visited them last August and September, Seamus was overstimulated during our entire stay. Whenever one of my sisters or I petted him, he would use his claws and grab and gnaw at our hands. He's also funny, too. The first day we were there, we were having corn on the cob during our dinner and he was trying to play with my corn shuck. My sister put him in the basement and told us, "In just a few minutes, Seamus will start complaining loudly." He did.
Maire was more tamer. She loved being scratched and she just loved our presence. She was more likeable than Seamus.

Oh my god, I just thought of something. Okay, if either of you watched the Hulk tonight and remember when scifi used to air it, did they used to do the introductions and the scenes from the next ep? Because I was watching it today and Bill Bixby's talking over the opening of the credits. And for the pilot, it's just got names, it hasn't got the cool opening it got later on. And then at the end, Bill starts talking about scenes from the next episode. I honestly don't think Scifi aired that before. I could be wrong, but I don't think they aired it before......

From a PM I sent to Pavan:
Even if Brett is mildly autistic it is absolutely no excuse in the least to do something bad and hide behind it with that claim. I know because I am autistic (I know that you know that) I always think before I post. In fact there are probably several hundred instances where I was about to post something and never ended up doing it. I have mild Tourette's but I can still think before I act.
Brett has dug himself into a very deep hole since New Years Eve last year (when he posted the dirty words, dirty jokes, and insults). It's like he was mature (at least from what I saw of him at that time) then regressed to immaturity. There are very few people here who like him now because he has done all sorts of crap.
One thing I have noticed over the two years I have been posting here (especially the past few months) is that when someone does something wrong or if a newbie acts up, many if not all the members here will not like them. Like with littleputz114. She acted up and Todd put her on Read Only. Todd reinstated her but by then it was too late. Many people showed resentment towards her and probably still do. People's poor choice of actions and the consequences of their actions will stick on them like a poor credit rating and it makes it very difficult for them to be accepted.

Hey, Brian
That PM sounds good. It really does and I agree 100%. And you did hit it right on the head. Brett was cool with me before. We weren't best buds, but we talked occasionally and he did seem very mature then. Now then, he just seems really, really immature. I know, we all like to joke around and not be some grumps that are serious all the time. It's just, he really acts immature now.
And you made another good point with littleputz. I don't trust the chick, she might've had her bratty moments before and actually be a decent person, but I just avoid her for the most part. I'm not gonna support somebody and then she totally go all bratty again.

Here's the response from the first PM I sent him about 20-30 minutes ago. I asked Pavan why it says "Waiting for Father to reply" under his user name. Brett has either been banned or put on Read Only.
His father hasn't responded. He can't post at all until I hear from him. Enough is enough with him, we tell him to stop doing things, he listens for like 2-3 days then does everything all over again. I understand that he is mildly autistic, but come on, he is doing it on purpose.

Well, Brett thinks he can get away with it because of his condition. But the kid needs to realize that listening is a very important thing. Yeah, at times you don't want to listen, but, you might be missing something by not listening to something. Hope that made sense.....
I remember Brett sent me a PM when he first started acting bad, said he was having trouble in school or something of the sort. I've had very bad school days before, but I never came here to blow off some steam here......

I remember back in November and December when there were all these fights. People thought that we could say whatever we want on these boards. Yeah, right. I mean would you say whatever you felt like at someone's house as a guest? No. Todd made a good post quashing the belief that we could say what we want. This is his house, we are his guests, and we abide by his rules. If we don't wish to follow them, then he can just kick us out.

That was such a mess. But to some people, rules don't mean one damn thing. It's sad, but yeah, one day people are gonna have to realize that rules are everywhere. You can't just flip a person off that talks about rules.
Some people bitch about the censors. The censors aren't that bad. Yeah, we can't say the f word or the s word, unless you bold it or italicize it. But you gotta realize on some board they * out dick. And someone said something about another board * out dyke. Now what if you wanted to type out Dick Van Dyke. Yeah, I can just imagine it coming up **** Van ****. That'd be going way overboard. I don't think the d word is very popular around here. It's mainly the f word, I'd say.

Eh, I'll forget the movie quotes and just go with some lyrics. The quote I really want was from the National Lampoon's Vacation movie, and it was the part when Eddie says he's having money problems. He doesn't come out and ask to borrow the money at first, he's just talking about how much trouble he's having. Aunt Edna says something like 'You might as well ask him, Eddie. He sure as hell can't take a hint.' lol, I wanted that, but the only script sites I can find either charge for scripts or they don't have the movie listed.

Actually,I did find something, but I don't know if Mom is a good candidate for it,because of the location of her blockage.I'm trying to get her to ask about it,it would sure be a lot less riskier than bypass surgery.

I'm glad you found something. You can't count it out, if she doesn't want to ask, you could ask. I hope it works.

The problem is,a lot of times Drs don't want to discuss things with anyone other than the patient. So,I hope she will ask.

This is a message board, not a grammar class. You probably shouldn't worry about it.

Kazaa is pretty cool. I was mostly a song downloader, but now I'm kind of moving towards tv shows. But it's def. a cool program.

You know what one of my pet peeves is? When someone on these boards corrects another person on their grammar. It doesn't bug me a lot if it happens once in a while but when people keep doing it again and again, it really annoys me.

For example, there was this member who did not have very good grammar. I believe his name was Fred G. Cleaver. Every time he posted, it would not come out well gramatically and people kept correcting him and correcting him. I think he left because of this.

Now that is really not right. She's your mother. I mean if you were like distant friends of distant relatives, I could see why the docs wouldn't want to discuss things, but you are very close. Mother and daughter. You should be able to ask the doctor about what you found and the doc actually do some talking.

Well,I've found that Drs.,even with people of the same family, don't want to discuss a patient's case with anyone other than the patient. That's been my observation. :(

It'd embarass me to hell and back if someone corrected me on my spelling/grammar. Now I could see if I put a word and I put in parenthesis (sp? Just how the hell do you spell that word? lol). I wouldn't mind it, since I asked it. But to have someone post a reply to me and say, you spelled __________ wrong. It's ________ instead.

That is not fair, jmo. My grandfather never wanted to ask questions, so my father would have to be there to ask them. But like I said, those docs should get off their ass and discuss the case with close family members.

And like we are all so ****ing perfect, you know? I mean, I'll admit up front my spelling sucks. I don't need anybody telling me it sucks, because I know it sucks already. What I'm saying, unless you're a dictionary, I'm sure we all make spelling/grammar mistakes...

I asked him if he still needed any moderators for the main CC board and he said no. I think if the CC board gets out of hand like it did in November and December, I would volunteer. But I think the main board is doing fine.

If TJ asked, I might do it. Then again, might not. But I don't think I'd ever volunteer myself for that board, not now anyway.

I think it's kind of involves life cycles. Note, not all people are bad, but I'd say some older folks didn't teach middle age people how to act and middle age people didn't tell younger people how to act. God, I bet we lose food manners next. We'll take clubs to the dinner table and club one of our family members in order to get the last chicken leg.
