what are romantic things that guys enjoy? Like say if you arent together anymore and you would like to be, any suggestions to win their heart over?

Act like he's the greatest person who ever lived, and you just can't get over how great he is. That always works, if you can stand to do it. I know it's not exactly what you asked. I'm pretty sure this has been done to me a few times, and even though I know it's sort of planned out, I always fall for it.

I don't know if you've noticed this or not, but most guys don't like romance. ;)
