Ladies, I'm about to vent about something else that pisses me off and might piss you off too. I'm sick of these damn tampon commericials. All these chicks bouncing around and all happy because they've got the Tampax Tampon shoved up em. Woohoo, a period can be fun with Tampax *fake grin and bounces around some more* First off, I never wanted to bounce around for anything when it was that time of the month. If James Marsters and William Shatner came into my house and if it was that time of the month, I'd prob. crawl to them. I would be bouncing around the room for anything or anybody, much less a tampon.

1) I don't wear tampons. Those things are the most f-ing uncomfortable things ever created. Blood was meant to come out, not get trapped in there. And nothing is ever getting shoved in that hole unless I'm really enjoying it, ya know? ;)

2) Ever notice those girls in those commercials never put their legs together? Hmmm...yeah...ultimate comfort.

Me too. It was good all the way through (Mike & Gloria eps that is), but it kind of got a bit weak after Mike and Gloria moved next door.

Well, I started ebay awhile back. It's been about 3 years, I think. And for the most part, I have had an excellent record. However, I have had about 2 or 3 bad transactions. The first one, the guy just kept changing his story on me. He kept saying, I sent it out (insert day) and then he'd say I never received your payment. He just kept changing back and forth. I had to pull out the bitch inside to get any results. I did eventually get the pic. Second bad transaction was over two keychains. I sent out payment, and it took a month to receive the items. When I got it, it looked like a ****ing printed out picture. I swear, you could see print lines. Couldn't get a refund because the chick had on the auction page, All sales final.

The best advice I can give you about ebay is 1) Make sure you pay fast. If you do that, you're halfway home. 2) Don't go and change your mind about stuff. If you buy it, you pay for it. It just isn't worth getting negs over that. If you are 100% sure you want it, go for it. If you are only 50% sure, I wouldn't go for it. 3) Perhaps the biggest point is to look at feedback. Be sure to look at all feedbacks. Get some info on how this seller operates. Is this seller an ******* that rips off people? Make sure to check recent feedback. If he's got 10 negs in 15 days, don't go for it.

Oh, and about your ebay user ID. Do not, I repeat, do not put your email address as your ID. If you do, you will get ebay scam mails at least every week. They'll want credit card #'s and your password. Just don't do it. Pick any other name, just don't use that ID. You still might get some scam emails, but chances are you won't if you don't do the whole email address route.

:confused: I'm afraid I still don't get how N @ N judges what should be aired and what shouldn't air. You are prob. right with how they'll edit the hell out of Roseanne and will block quite a number of eps from showing, but I'm still a bit confused with it all. They show quite a few of All in the Family's serious stuff, like Edith's attempted rape ep. I would thought for sure N @ N wouldn't show that ep at all. I believe they've shown Gloria's attack ep, too. So I'm just a wee bit confused with how they show some stuff and not others. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy they showed the AITF eps, all I'm saying is I'd like to know how they judge the shows is all

:woohoo: to Spike. I read they were bringing Mercedes McNab back, too. So is she gonna be Charisma's replacement? That's a big mistake, imo. If they have to have a leading lady, let Amy Acker be the leading lady. Leave the rest of it alone, imo. Yeah, I guess you could bring Mercedes in occasionally, but don't have her replacing Charisma. Hell, I have no idea how they'll do it. I do know I'll be cheering my ass off for James and I'll be missing Charisma.

Glasses aren't too bad. I've had them since 5th grade. Ugh, I needed them pretty damn bad. See when I was really young, I had perfect eyesight. I could be sitting in the back of the classroom and could see even tiny writing up in the front of the room. The whole vision thing went all wonky during 1st grade. I had to squint and ask people what was on the board, because I just couldn't read anything from the back of the room anymore. I put it off for a few years, but I finally had to get glasses in 5th grade. I hated them at first, but now I'm pretty used to them. My vision is finally starting to level off a bit. I went to the eye doctor last month and I did have a slight change, so that's not too bad.

And I'll warn you about one thing. Glasses get smaller every year, it seems. I swear by the time I'm 50, I'll be wearing Granny Clampett glasses. You know how small hers were. You can do some cool stuff w/ glasses though. You can get them to change to sunglasses when your out in the sun. I had those a few times, but got sick of having them. Also you can go the high index route. If you have really fat lenses, the high index kind of makes the lenses smaller.
