View Full Version : I got my first Job today!!!

yay! I'm so happy! I'm working at one of the Hospitals nearby...I'm a Housekeeping attendant. so its practically Janitor work and stuff and I probably have to clean out bed pans eventuallypuke: but ah well It pays 13 bucks an hour. I can finally save up for college and I can help my parents out with the bills! :)

grr! I'm so stupid!! okay since I work at the hospital, they have to do a health assesment for all the new employees so mine was booked today and I tottally forgot about it!! now I dunno if they'll accept me back again. Its gonna be really embarissing, and If she fires me for screwing up:( oh god....I'm gonna get fired before I even work!!

Congrats!! Wow, 13 bucks an hour is a VERY good wage, especially at your age and for a starting job. I want to work where you work! I'm 19 and I make less than you at my job! I work in a deli, so at least I don't have to clean up after the sick people!

I got my first job a few weeks ago, Mixing, hauling and pouring cement, I got $50 a day, but I only worked for two days. I got a REALLY bad sunburn. but it was fun.
