Reese Witherspoon has agreed to make another Legally Blonde film - even though the second installment of the comedy series has yet to hit cinema screens. Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde is due for release next month - but Witherspoon has already agreed to play Elle Woods in a third film - with her 'dumb blonde' character coming to Europe. Witherspoon explains, "Marc Platt, the producer, thought it would very funny to have Elle in London, having to go up to the bar with all the barristers. Europe is the next big world to conquer. Elle's conquered America. It's time to conquer the globe."

I enjoyed Legally Blonde. Reese Witherspoon has a flair for comedy. But please, once was enough. This isn't Die Hard or Rocky folks, does it have to turn into a series....

I can't stand the dumb blonde bit!
Another thing... Isn't she pregnant? Just 2 or 3 months ago I heard that she was breaking up with her husband. He supposedly has a drug problem. Now she's pregnant....... It looks like the dumb blond rolled over to real life! :smash:

She is such a talented actress. I hope she doesn't get stereotyped! She deserves better than that!:)

Reese was great in "Freeway," a bizarre and very good movie.
This picture helps show her range.
Also, two more distinct characters (and good performances) she played were in "Election" and "Pleasantville."
She's got talent, she doesn't need to get caught up in the stereotyping sequel machine.

Legally Blonde was good the first time, and will probably be good the second time. But the third time...no. It'll be old and cliched by then.

I saw the first one, and it was ok. One Legally Blonde movie is enough for me.

The first one was awesome, but I'm not sure that the flair that it had is going to carry on to the next 2.

I loved Pleasantville! I would definitely recommend the movie to anyone. It's one of those "Stay inside on a [insert bad weather here] day, make some popcorn and watch movies" movies. :D
