TISHA CAMPBELL-MARTIN JOINS THE LINEUP OF STARS TO PARTICIPATE IN “THE VIEW’S” FIRST LIVE PRIMETIME SPECIAL, JUNE 16
Tisha Campbell-Martin (Jay Kyle of ABC’s hit comedy series “My Wife And Kids”) will join the previously announced George Lopez (“George Lopez”) and “The Bachelor’s” Andrew Firestone, and fiancée Jen Schefft, on “The View: His & Her Body Test” – the first live primetime special for ABC Daytime’s Emmy Award-winning talk show, “The View” -- MONDAY, JUNE 16 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. The special will be sponsored by Johnson & Johnson.
In the traditional format of “The View,” which airs weekdays on ABC Daytime, the co-hosts will deliver a gender-related “real time” multiple-choice quiz throughout the hour that viewers can take at home via abc.com (keyword: theview) or Enhanced TV. The one-hour special will include the show’s popular “Hot
Topics” -- this time with a slight twist – that will relate to male/female health issues. In addition, the hour will be filled with live segments, taped pieces and comedic bumpers.
“The View” features Barbara Walters, Meredith Vieira, Star Jones and Joy Behar. The unmatched chemistry of the four co-hosts is the original forum where real women discuss relevant, everyday issues and share their daily, no-holds-barred opinions and colorful conversations.
