I Met Kellin and Taryn of Boomkat Today!

Ohhh, that's neat. I've heard of them before, but I've never really listened to any of their songs.

It was edited out..lol. But uhh.. cool that you met them. Taryn was in Crossroads.:D

Yeah, I edited it out because no one was posting. LOL.

Let me post it again:

Me, and my friends were on a flight from Portland, Oregon to L.A.- and I was reading my current issue of Blender Magazine and then my friend sitting next to me said,"hey, that girl has the autograph of Taryn from Boomkat." Then I said, "Ohh, let me ask her is she can't let me see it!" So like a dumbass I leaned over to the seat in front of me and said, "Hey can I see your Blender mag. quickly."

And to my surprisement, Taryn turns around and said, "Oh, It wasn't mine, someone told me to sign it." Then in shock I sit back down, thinking to myself, "HOLY crap, was that really her?"

Then I came to my senses and got the courage to ask to sign my magazine (which her photograph is in) then she turned around and said, "I was wondering what took you so freakin' long." Then we started to laugh.

We went on to have a long funny conversation. After a while I told her that I didn't believe it was her because she was flying on coach. She said, "They didn't have room available for first class, but I don't give a ****- as long as I'm with my friends, I'm happy."

She was so cool, and down to earth. Her brother Kellin though, is very quiet and shy. At first I didn't recognize him because he was clean shaven and was wearing dark sun glasses. I was wondering why he was laughing when I was reading the Boomkat article--- he was sitting RIGHT NEXT TO ME.


This was a VERY ackward day.
