That's the episode. It was during the scene where Eddie makes a big deal about the basketball hoop not being regulation. Ward and June are looking out the window. June hears what Eddie is saying and she starts globbing the mayonaise on his sandwich. Eddie and the gang are about to leave and June calls out "Eddie, don't forget your sandwich!"
LOL! I love that episode! I think when she finds out what eddie is up to, June says something like "Just for that I AM going to put mayonaise on his sandwich!" That cracks me up every time! Just goes to show ya that June Cleaver can be evil when she wants to be. She usually doesn't want to be though.

It's in Episode 22 called, The Perfect Father which aired March 14, 1958.
Here's what's happening. Wally has Eddie and some of the guys over to play basketball with the new basketball hoop, Ward just put up. Eddie reminds June not to put mayonaise on his sandwich, because he's allergic. Later, June spies Eddie pushing Beaver around and she angrily, states, "just for that I'm going to put mayonaise on his sandwich." She begins plastering the sandwich with it. Later, as the boys leave, June hands Wally the tray of sandwiches and tells him to make sure Eddie eats his sandwich.
An all time classic scene!!
