"Billy" was sitcom about a Scottish man who needed his greencard to stay in the states so he married a female professor or soemthing like that to be legalized and lived with her family. Although this was a Head of the Class spinoff, there were no references made to the parent show. Johnny Galleki of Roseanne co-starred right before going to the Roseanne sitcom.

Thanks for the info, I never actually saw "Billy" because I HATED him on "HOTC" & stopped watching that show because of him.

YOU HATED BILLY? ! HOW DARE YOU! .........LOL. I'm just kidding. I thought he was funny. He was a great replacement for H. H. when he left. At least producers did not go and try to find someone else like Mr. Moore.
