Go with the one on Gamefaq's, that was the one I did it from. What I just did was go to a game and start it, then, after the "Sega" logo came on, I quit and repeated the process. When you unlock a game, it will open in a new window or something and let you know.

Yea, I'd recommend it too. Even though I don't have an onlineone like Amy does, I write in a notebook and it feels like 100% to get my thoughts out and onto paper.
