Blech! School. Did I mention that I'm missing classes because of work and that my professors are hating me? I wish my college offered internet courses. I'm working more than full time and attending college full time. I never know whether I'm coming or going. I've have had to go to work before, and found myself driving toward my college. When I realized what I was doing, I felt so stupid. I've also had to go to school before, and found myself on the interstate driving toward work. Oh, what a life. For the life of me, I can't understand how Fonz juggled the garage, Arnold's, and his teaching job. I guess it was all those years experience at juggling so many women. :lol:

Wow--I worked full time during the fall semster and went to school full time and almost *died*. I don't know how you're doing it, CG, but you need to be commended! My life was so high stress that I thought I was going to explode (I think I might have exploded, actually).

I just got a new job and my orientation is next week and I have to miss two full days of classes--one of which I'd normally be having a midterm! Not good!

We just started offering internet courses and I hear they're a good idea. Too bad you couldn't take them through another college and just transfer the credits to your college (either that or tell your college to get on the ball! LOL).

It's like my parents have always said....short term pain for long term gain--hopefully you wont' have to do it for too long, CG. You need a trip to the spa! :lol:

TV LAND wacky on on my tv too.Only for about twenty seconds though.TV LAND has ben screwing up lately.I saw Ginger from Gilligan's Island at the bottom of the screen during the MACGYVER ending credits and the HAPPY DAYS ending credits.It didn't move and it didn't say anything about Gilligan's Island.It looks like it might be from the new TV LAND commercial.The commercial is like the Thunderman commercial and Batman is seen at the end of the commercial.TV LAND screwed up on whats where next.The did that to Happy Days and last week or two weeks they said Gunsmoke is up next (I don't think it was Happy Days because I wasn't exteremely mad).How dare they say Gunsmoke is up next since it wasn't.

I Figured we should let the oOoOo's die. All 3 of the originals were record breaking, and each one broke its own record. Now that we're limited to only 1000 Posts, I Thought it would be nice to take the Subtitle from oOoOo 4 and make a Sequel to it :lol:

Its Like a TV Show, Once its run its course, Its best to just cancel it and start something new. And at only 1000 Posts, oOoOo Ran its course. So i like to think of oOoOo 4 As Spam Jam 1, And this one as Spam Jam 2.

I'm not sure...There were a bunch of people walking down a red carpet, and Henry was there....but I did think that they would be live (next week, when they're being broadcast). So I don't know...but it just show clips of who was going to be there and it had a little thing about theme songs to old shows and who sang them. It was neat.

I didn't see the Sanford and Son thing! Maybe they'll play it tonight during Sanford and Son...I'll watch for it...I've been wanting one for a long time!

I did see a TVLand haiku (during Happy Days twice as nice) about TLB...that was pretty amusing.

I think I saw two haikus.The first I don't remember and the other one I think was a haiku is The Munsters.I didn't pay attention to it or just missed.At TV LAND is still making new The Munsters stuff even though they are taking it off VERY soon.I made a haiku ("the name of it is "Ball Game".I made it in 7th grade.I'm in 9th grade.).I'll post the haiku if I find it because I don't remember it word for word.

Ok, I'll try! First of all, I'm not sure about the TVLand awards. In fact, I got the impression that they were going to be live because the commercial encourages you to log on while the awards show is going on for "back stage" stuff (apparently taped previously!). At any rate, I'm not sure why they'd tape it ahead of time...I just think it's cool that all of our favorite (well, many of our favorite) classic television stars attended, because maybe they realize just how much everybody loves TVLand and classic tv! :)

Second, the Love Boat haiku was on during HD, and I just saw another one during the 8.30 HD about Charlie's Angels. Maybe that is the other one that you saw.

Third, ET started at 7.30 Eastern time. There wasn't a huge TVLand thing, but it was neat--got to see Henry! Go Henry! :)

AMC (for lack of a better term) sucks. They don't even play classic films (well, not as much as they used to!). You're better off with TMC, they play good movies.

Too bad I don't have TMC.I could get it, but the cable bill is too much for my family to afford it.Atleast AMC played The Seven Year Itch and G.I. Blues today.I saw them recently so i'm not mad.I love those movies!AMC doesn't show the Three Stooges episodes anymore:mad:!Of course now I would like to see it alot.I liked it already, but now I like it alot!

Charade is one of my all-time favorites (Cary Grant...*sigh*)! I love Marilyn Monroe, too (a lot)...there's just something about old movies that still holds up today (especially Frank Capra).

I don't have it either (my cable company is horrible...I don't get the history channel or comedy central either! At least I get TVLand!), but I try to catch it when I can. They had a great Lana Turner film festival on...it was amazing. :)

I am so interested in alot of old movies!The 30s to some of the 60s has alot of the REAL cool stuff.I wish more movies would take place then and the gangs from those time periods!Gangs wearing pinstripes and gangs wearing leather jackets...cool.

I will always talk about both old films and those time periods that you mentioned! I love gangsters and greasers! (I just know I was a 40s/50s chick in another life! LOL).
