My favorite is 'Heart-Shaped Box.'
"Heart-Shaped Box" or "In Bloom" (version 1).

I agree with Pandora on Heart-Shaped Box. It's really well put together, and the meaning behind it is really well thought out. Kurt had a mind all his own, and a very deep mind at that. He really puts that across in this video, in my opinion.

Some good videos. I also like 'Come As You Are.' Yes, H-SB, is extremely good video and Kurt was very deep. You can tell by just watching this video. I listen to that song not too long ago, I think I'll listen to it again. :) I'm currently listening to 'Drain You' - I love this song!

Oh my gosh, I love the MTV VMA performance of that song. People are jumping off of the stage and everything. It's awesome. I love when Krist chunks his guitar up in the air and smacks him in the head. Lol  Those guys were nuts!

Hey I found this article a while back, but just remembered the address. You can scroll down to the end of it and it gives the meaning Kurt wrote in his journal behind "heart-shaped box." I read the whole article, and its really interesting.

I read Seattle Weekly every Thursday, and that artcle was very interesting. I hope I saved it...I can always get it on here if I didn't...I'll have to pick up his journals. He had some great cartoons.

I think I may use some of my birthday money to buy his journals.

Some of you may remember some time back I posted the STUPIDEST thread on this site (comparable to Rainman's rantings:lol: ) called "Another reason why I hate Nirvana", where I
complained about Kurt Cobain's so-called "elitism and snobbery" for dissing Eddie Van Halen when he wanted to jam with the Nirvana guys--even though Kurt at one time worshipped EVH...
I read a book last week that explained WHY he dissed Eddie, seems Edward was drunk off his ass and rambling about how Nirvana now ruled and he himself was just "all washed up..." GAWWWWWD, Edward--that is SO DAMNED PATHETIC!!!!  If there was a reason to admit Nirvana ruled and Eddie was no longer relevant, there was the answer. EVH cofessed to being a drunken loser. HONESTY HURTS, DUN'NIT??:rotflmao:

Now I'm just mad at Eddie Van Halen because all of those years of partying and smoking have taken their toll--he's had to have 1/3rd of his tongue removed and allegedly he STILL smokes... I think if there's ever a new Van Halen album or tour, I don't know who's gonna care...I don't blame anyone for being mad at me, I was being ignorant and insensitive.:bonk:

Lithium! That video is pure genius. :)
I remember when HSB came out, a lot of people were up in arms because it depicted Christ in a sacreligious way (whatever--I always liked that video).
I was 15 in '94; I liked Nirvana *alot*. In fact, I think I have the MTV News special broadcast from when he passed away (it's somewhere around here!). I can remember that was a pretty big thing.

VH1 ranked it 4th on their countdown of the 100 most shocking moments in rock 'n' roll.
