A true classic. How I envy you seeing it for the first time.
I've seen it dozens of times.
One of the finest American films ever made, and one of my personal favorites. Watch Godfather 2 as well. Probably one of the only sequels that is considered better than the original...

But whatever you do, stay away from Godfather 3. Definitely not a sequel better than the original.

Godfather 3 did suck. I've only seen the first one, i gotta see the 2nd one.
