Nice photo of The Beaver and Violet. I appreciate the look on Beaver's face......Seems he has that, "I wouldn't be caught dead liking a girl" look.

Remember how Violet gave Beav a black eye and the famous quote from Beaver while he was taking boxing lessons???

"Violet Rutherford, you do too drink gutter water!!!"

I remember that quote and i LOVE that episode!. as you can see i got the quote in my siggy "dont you get 'gressive with me violet rutherford!" :lol:

Yeah, I know you use that line in your signature, that's why I didn't want to include it (just in case there are copyrights) :rolleyes:

That part of that episode is written beautifully. Ward is inside and Violet's father, Fred Rutherford, is getting under Ward's skin. (They gave the Thompson deal to big doof Fred and Ward was counting on it.) While that is happening, they keep splitting back to Beaver in the garage with the punching dummy pretending it's Violet. Those scenes kill me. It makes the rest of the episode follow in perfect order. That includes the climax when it looks like Ward might get 'gressive with Mr. Rutherford after they find the two kids, and Fred lays into Ward. Ward being the near perfect father, kept his cool and didn't let his emotions go in front of the children. (Ward outshines Fred again!) :cool:
