Ken Osmond's address to write for autograph pic?

Can anyone help me out on this....I'm trying to find his address to write for an autograph picture...can anyone help?
Also, does he actually send autographed pics and what are his requirements if anybody knows. Also....has anyone seen a 8 x 10 of him from in uniform from LAPD days? And where can I find one of these?

Yes, he does send his own pics and it only takes 2 weeks to wait! I've written to him and have gotten a great response. His address is:
