Does anyone here think Ward and June, were unfair to punish Beaver when Lumpy showed up at their house, and was in the car with a burglar mask on? I think he was picking up Wally to go to a coustume party, and he put the mask on to fool Wally. Beaver calls the police because he's only protecting himself and his house, and then I think he got punished for it and had to apologize, to Lumpy. I think Lumpy should'nt been the one who was punished, and should've apologized to Beaver. Just my opinions. :)
Oh, and thanks to everyone who has answered my other posts so far, and thanks to anyone else!! :D

I also think it was unfair to do that, Beaver was only protecting himself.

I think they shouldn't of punished him because if some thing would of happened to the house they would of been furious at Beaver for leting that happen they should be happy the beav would know what to do if that ever happened and could of stoped it.

I thought in the episode where Beav and Gilbert call the police on the "gangsters" Bill Scott and Lumpy Rutherford didn't end up in punishment for Beaver.
I remember Ward being upset because Lumpy's dad, Fred, jumped his case. Fred thought Ward called the police on Fred's lad, since Beaver gave his name as Mr. Cleaver. Once Ward talked to Beaver, he told him to, "Sort out the facts before jumping to conclusions." Ward also told him it is better to be safe than sorry. I don't think that was much of a punishment. Ward knew Beaver didn't deserve a "punishment."
As far as the suggestion that Lumpy should of apologized to Beaver for scaring him, please think that over. Lumpy apologize to Beaver????? I thought Lumpy liked to pick on the Beaver more than Eddie Haskell. At least Eddie was sentimental with Beav a few times. Lumpy would only apologize to Beav if Fred made him do it, and from how Fred jumped to conclusions against Ward, Ward was probably the one looking for the apology.
