Go to www.download.com and search for an html editor and download it and use it to build your website. I use html for all my sites.

Thanks for all your help, but I think i'm gonna just stick with the site I have for now. I have some ideas that might make it better. Maybe sometime I will change but for now, I think I'll just stick around!

Its done it didn't take long. Just make the navbar page file called top.html and the main page home.html. Also put <base target="HilaryDuffPlaza" on the top of the navbar page as an html code or elese everything would load in the wrong frame.

Here's some instructions in order to make it work
1.) Upload the frames pages to your geocities account
2.) Create top.html with Yahoo's Page Builder
3.) Put the html code "<base target="HilaryDuffPlaza" on the top of the page top.html without the ""s
4.)Copy everything thats on the left of the navbar on the main page of hte current layout but remember the navbar is on the top of the frame page which you can't make anything go up and down. You have to make a menu like for example |Home|About|Hilary|Multimedia|WWW|Site Info|
5.) Also you copy everything thats on the navbar of the current page. Be Sure To Remove it and rename the page to home.html
6.) Last but not least rename the frames page to HilaryDuffPlaza.html
