Many like me are complaining about the played "Dylan/Jake" thing and I guess the nation agrees as it's not doing super on Thursdays. We need more PENNY!!!!!!!

Here's Thursday's overnights from thefutoncritic.com :

1. "C.S.I." (CBS) - 18.1/26
2. "Friends" (NBC) - 17.1/26
3. "ER" (NBC) - 16.8/26
4. "Scrubs" (NBC) - 13.4/20
5. "Will & Grace" (NBC) - 12.2/18
6. "Without a Trace" (CBS) - 11.6/18
7. "Good Morning, Miami" (NBC) - 9.6/14
8. "Star Search" (CBS) - 8.9/13
9. "Primetime Thursday" (ABC) - 5.6/8
10. "Cops: The Top 15 Moments of All Time" (SR, FOX) - 5.5/8
11. "The Surreal Life" (WB) - 4.7/7
12. "Movie: Snow Day" (R, ABC) - 4.1/6
13. "WWE Smackdown!" (UPN) - 4.1/6
14. "High School Reunion" (SR, WB) - 2.9/4

GMM was 7th for the night and what's important is that it's not really holding W&G's 9 pm audience that well. W&G's 12.2 rating turns into a 9.6 for GMM and the share goes from 18 to 14. I think each point is roughly a million homes. While it's true that CSI is doing most of the 9pm damage overall, it's important for Good Morning Miami to do as well as Will & Grace and it TOTALLY isn't at this point. This show is hammocked between W&G and ER and should be doing better. Just look at how many people tune back into NBC at 10pm for ER-granted many are CSI people, but they're leaving W&G and coming back for ER--not good.

I would say if it stays this way, NBC won't have GMM back next year.

Despite the pretty good numbers, the bottom line is like you said, "GMM" isn't holding the lead in audience from "Will And Grace." That has always been the downfall of the mediocre programs that have followed "Friends" (with the exception of Scrubs, which I like) despite good numbers, NBC hates seeing a tremendous dropoff in viewers.
