I wonder why PAX is running informercials in the afternoons instead of its regular programming!!! Our San Antonio station is just showing informercials and I just wondered if it's the same on all the other PAX Stations!!!

Yes. All PAX stations seem to be doing that, or as far as I know. I have satellite and get a local PAX and the national feed of PAX and both run infomercials all the way until 5:00PM.

I once thought PAX could be the new "Family Channel" you know, with sitcoms. I wish they'd expand their lineup. Doubt that will ever happen. I haven't watched PAX since they took of The Hogan Family.

The only thing worth watching on PAX is, "Supermarket Sweep." :D

I think The Pax's Network Made a Mistake Airing Paid Prograamming From 12:00 pm till 4:00 pm central time
I enjoyed watching the Afternoon Line On Pax's Televison Network I hope all the Show's Returne Soon.

I wish PAX-TV would still show "Shop Til You Drop". They don't show it in my area. I watch "Sweep" sometimes and I've seen Pat Finn appearances. Does it air in your area? Because from the 6:30-7:30PM hour, all they have is crap like "Pre-Recorded News 10" and "Beat the Clock"...

By airing informericals I wouldnt be surprised if PAX would be around much longer. I read elsewhere that they are having "problems" guess its money related.

In my hometown we had a cool little station for a number of years. They aired a variety of stuff from Lucy to Marcus welby to MASH, Gimmie A Break, Cosby, Bonanza, Good Times, Quincy, even old Divorce Court. For awhile they were a part of the WB.

Then slowly they started airing informericals in place of regular shows. Then more informericals. Now they are just another home shopping channel. Same thing happened with Baltimore's channel 24. However in their case they in the last couple of years became part of UPN, though the channel itself is owned by FOX.

Will PAX end up being another informerical channel? Too soon to say but I would not be surprised if they end up being a thing of the past.
