I also wish CBS would put Becker back on Monday nights. They should have put Everybody Loves Raymond on Sunday nights. That show just isn't all that funny anymore, IMHO. Becker is still watchable, except for that horrible Chris :barf:

This isn't supposed to sound rude but would everyone PLEASE STOP complaining about the Reggie departure. She wasn't the whole show. Notice the show is called BECKER NOT Reggie. I know that a few of us here are getting sick of hearing about Reggie. If you don't like the show anymore now that Chris is here then don't watch it. I'm sorry if this sounded rude I'm just tired of hearing the complaining.

I know the show is called BECKER, but Reggie happened to be a big part of the show, in my opinion. Reggie added something to the show. Chris nauseates me.

Well everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I just don't understand what is so nauseating about Chris. I happen to like her a lot. I think she brings a new and interesting element to the show. I don't know maybe I'm just biased.

I agree with popcornlover2002, if you truly hate Chris then stop watching the show, I'm not trying to be rude its just that HELLO its almost January, and well Reggie hasn't been on the show for like almost 4 months and shes not in the script anymore, I like Chris, and I think theirs nothing wrong with her, I'm exactly like her, so I don't see whats so nauseating about her.

I have no feelings either way about Reggie's departure.

I'm still pissed at Terry Farrel for leaving "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" before the show ended it's run.

I still like Becker and I would watch it more if it wasn't on against The Simpsons. Reggie was a great character, IMHO, and I miss her terribly. I find Chris annoying and not funny. If you like her, I respect that. I will always prefer Reggie.

Are there any TV shows that you guys feel weren't quite the same after a favorite character left? I love ER, but there are several departed characters that I wish hadn't left, most recently Dr. Greene.

All we are saying is that she is gone. Yes, she is great, but shes not there. OK? Gone. I understand people are not going to stay the same with this "magical change" but there are a lot of other threads out there that say the same dang thing.
