Which movies do you think deserve Oscar nominations?

I've seen a couple of good movies lately, I think the following deserve nominations:

Frida
Best Film
Best Actress: Salma Hayek
Supporting Actress: Ashley Judd
Best Soundtrack

Punch-Drunk Love
Best Film
Best Actor- Adam Sandler

White Oleander
Best Supporting Actress: Michelle Pfeiffer

Far From Heaven
Best Film
Best Actress: Julianne Moore
Best Actor: Dennis Quaid

Roger Dodger
Best Comedy/Musical Film

Jackass: The Movie
Best Comedy/Musical Film (I'M SO SERIOUS!!!)

I've seen previews for "Gangs Of New York," and "Chicago," and they look like Oscar material.

"Femme Fatale," and "Harry Potter and The Chamber Of Secrets" are surprisingly good as well.

I think Moonlight Mile should win something. So should Harry Potter. I love Harry Potter. I love my second baby *hugs Jason*

Chicago, Gangs Of New York, and Far From Heaven will be this years biggest emmy contenders. Frida has a 10:1 chance of getting noms for Best Picture and Best Actress. Punch Drunk Love has a 15:2 chance of getting Mr. Sandler a nomination. Any others that u guys mentioned won't get nomned. I am a emmy/tony/golden globe/oscar award psychic. From now on, I predict who will win and get nominations. :happyface For the top 3 that I chose...the following will get them nominations:

Chicago:

Best Comedy/Musical
Best Actress (Catherine Zeta-Jones)
Best Song ("We Both Reached For The Gun")
Best Director (Rob Marshall)
Best Cinemotagraphy

Gangs Of New York:

Best Drama
Best Supporting Actor (Daniel Day-Lewis)
Best Cinematography

Far From Heaven:

Best Drama
Best Actress (Julianne Moore)
Best Actor (Dennis Quaid)
Best Cinematography
Best Director (Tood Haynes)

I heard that I Can't Do It Alone and When Velma Takes The Stand have both been cut out of the film. We Both Reached For The Gun was a favorite of theatre critics, and will most likely take over the oscar comittee and movie critics...

I read somewhere that "Gangs Of New York" is getting bad buzz. Some critics treating it like trash.

Every years there is a overhyped movie, that turns out to be trash. Just like 1995, many people were making a big deal out of "Showgirls."
