Opening Credits Last Season (Magic Door Closing)

Once again, I noticed the magic door in the opening credits.

In the last season on the opening credits I noticed the door closing behind
Beaver as he exits without him touching the door....wonder how much this
guy gets for doing that for two seasons or is it two different people?

Secondly, I noticed they took out the rear glass of the family car as
Beaver looks out. Probably to eliminate any glare on real glass. This is
common in TV anyway.

I think it's fun and amusing to find little flaws in the shows. Since I work in the
TV world, I get a kick out looking for stuff like that. Many times you will
see sound boom shadows on the walls and people faces. Another funny
continuity flaw is the screen direction the actors are looking.

wow! i did not really notice about the window in the glass, but in the credits i notice that at the end they suddenly stop the car (right before the screen goes black you can kind of see the car bounce and the people inside) which is kind of amusing becuase they stopped before they should have. But another question about the opening credits, why does Barbara have short/different hair in the credits, but has the longer flip-out hair in the episodes?? did they film some of the episodes before filming the credits? I am very confused, becuase you can't grow hair THAT fast, i don't think....

I haven't noticed the magic door in the opening credits in season 6, but I'll look more closely now, since TV Land is rerunning that season now. The magic door is blatantly obvious in the season 5 opening credits though. June walks out of the house carrying a full tray with a pitcher of iced tea and glasses, and somehow she magically makes the door shut behind her. Maybe she kicks one of her high heels up to close the door out of camera range. :)
I also haven't noticed that there's no glass in the back window of the car, but I imagine it wouldn't be there because maybe it would cause a lot of reflection both of sunlight and maybe of the cameraman filming the scene.

I noticed about there not being any glass in the back window, but I never noticed that about the door closing...I guess I will have to look for that. I was also wondering why June's hair is short in the credits, but it still looks the exact same way it did in the last season for the first few episodes...hmmmm.....
