Beaver is possessive!!

I've noticed in quite a few ep. lately on TVland a lot of the titles are about Beaver owning something, i.e. "Beaver's Train Set", "Beaver's Sweater", and then there's "Beaver's Laundry" and I don't get why they call it that because it's really RICHARD'S laundry that they do, so why not call it "Richard's Laundry"!?? It's like everything is Beaver's! Well, I have been missing the 5:30 pm episodes this week and a lot lately because I'm working or someplace else. Could you update me on those shows please?
