i wonder where they filmed the ep when they go to the amusement park. when wally and the guys were talking you could see thier breath does it get that cold at universal studios:confused:

I noticed last night in "Beaver's Laundry" episode that their breath was visible.
I wonder if maybe they film early of a morning too, when it's cooler.
It made me chilly just watching them!

i noticed that when they all hopped in the car outside the Cleavers home too. i wondered why Beaver's mom told him to only put on a sweater. he looked very cold to me. :D

Maybe Mayfield wasn't supposed to be that cold, so they had to stick to the reality of what they would wear in Mayfield....

LA has great weather, but they do have cooler weather much more so than a place like San Diego. I have been on the backlot (tour) of Universal where it was a quite chilly.

Also, I was under the impression, until the other day when I resaw the episode, that it was filmed on location in Santa Cruz and they actually filmed them on the Big Dipper. I do think the film crew used the real ride for track shots, but obviously the boys were on a soundstage with a screen behind them.

Is that the episode you are talking about? I think there might be another one involving an amusement park, but am not sure.
