Ive watched this movie a few times in school, and once when it was on tv, and I think that it is one of the best movies made (well up there...) the acting in the movie is great, and so is the whole story line, but the ending always makes me really sad...anyone else seen this movie? other opinions?

"Dead Poets Society" is a great film. I remember seeing that in the theaters. Robin Willams was nominated for an Academy Award for his performance, and I think he deserved it.

Nevermind I was thinking of another character, but Lester, for some reason i want to say he is one of the other people in the play "A Mid Summers Night Dream" the one that the main character Neil is...acutally I am really not sure, I thought I knew...im trying to think, its a great film you should see it!

This is a very good movie. Robin Williams is a great actor too. I also saw his Good Will Hunting movie awhile ago for the first time. That was a good movie too. I really liked Robin in Good Morning Vietnam. I love that movie. He had me rollin in that movie. He was very good in Insomnia also with Al Pacino. I wanna rent One Hour Photo. I haven't seen that yet. I'm glad to see Robin can play versatile roles cause this is my first time seeing him play a killer. He always plays silly roles. I wanna rent Awakenings too with him & Robert De Niro. Penny Marshall is a good director.

Sorry to bump up this thread, but one of my favorite singers really likes this movie. What is it about? Is it funny?
What is it rated?
