Who now OWNS the series?

With copyright law so messed up right now, does anyone know who actually OWNS the series? Is it maybe Viacom, who distributes the show and owns TVLand?

Any info would be appreciated!!

Gomalco, a production company that was backed financially by comedian George Gobel, produced LITB, so I imagine that Gobel's heirs, Joe Connelly, Bob Mosher's heirs, and Universal all own parts of the series and still make $ everytime it's rerun. Of course any or all of these people may have sold their ownership in the series by now.
