That NBC put Just Shoot Me on at 8pm rather than at 8:30 pm. I guess they switched timeslots due to the success of 8 Simple Rules. I guess this spells doom for the In-Laws.
Perhaps NBC thought a veteran sitcom like "Just Shoot Me" would do better against the new ABC show.
If anything, I think it might spell doom for "JSM."
After all, they their season premiere was supposed to be last week; why did they delay? "The In Laws" may not be winning thier time slot, but I'm pretty sure they're doing better than "JSM," which should have been shot a long time ago.

Yeah, it doesn't look good for JSM, I just saw the numbers and they were horrible. Looks like NBC has trouble. Their 8pm hour of shows are not doing good. and This will more than likely be JSM's last year. I think their contact is up this year.

NBC has the weakest line-up this year. NBC's powerhouse thursday night comedy line-up is being ruined by the crappy show Good Morning Miami, and is likely to make all the shows that go before it to lost some audience. CBS's monday night line-up is still quite strong even with the absense of Becker...Still Standing is a top 10 hit, and Raymond stills packs em in!!! ABC however os cleary the strongest with Comedies with the Tuesday night line-up. 8 Simple Rules is a top 30 show, Jim is a top 20 shows, while LWB and LTP still come in strong in the top 40. Even WB is doing Ok this year, with strong ratings from Smallville and Gilmore Girls. FOX is holding itself together with Cedric The Entertainer...the funniest variety comedy in years. So, here's what networks I think with do the best, or those who will do the worst:
ABC [Tuesday night line-up likely to become powerhouse block]
CBS [Still Standing and Raymond pack BIG audiences in]
WB [Smallville, Gildmore Girls, and Reba get nice ratings]
FOX [Moderate ratings, a few shows holding strong]
NBC [Thursday night barely gets the ratings it used to]
UPN [Don't even go there...Haunted is a flop]
