Does anyone know how much Frankie Muniz gets paid now for doing the show?

I read that jane Kaczmarek signed a deal that would pay her $100,000 per episode for the upcoming fourth season, then $150,000 per for the 2003-04 season, and that Frankie Muniz would sign a similar deal. This was in march though so it might have changed.
