The numbers are good but it just can't hold on to Friend's audience. I really don't know what NBC expects, I mean if they want a show to retain Friend's audience, they pretty much need to create a clone of Friends and hope that people flock to it.

Friends and Scrubs are two different shows.

I liked Scrubs so much better on Tuesday nights. I don't think it's a great companion for Friends at all.

While I don't think they expect the show to keep 100% of the audience, I think NBC wanted to put an end to that dreaded "after Friends" curse.
Finally, they have a show that matches the quality of their #1 comedy...

Leap of faith's retention rate was 78%. Inside Schwartz's was 62% and Scrubs is 68%. That's not that great when you look at the big picture. Scrubs does not go well with Friends.

Even Good Morning, Miami retains 80% of Will and Grace's audience. I can see NBC moving Scrubs once they find another comedy.

Not if the new shows are as horrible as "Leap Of Faith" or "Inside Schwartz."

I think Scrubs will stay, its ratings are only 2 million less than Will & Grace's and I think that it may get some more emmy nominations this year too. I really hope it stays its a lot different from your average sitcom and its really funny too.

Scrubs ratings are doing pretty well now. Even being against survivor. The got their second highest rating so far with 20.4 million viewers keeping a wopping 85% of their lead ins audience. Look out Survivor there is a new ruler in town.
