If Sean Hayes does not win the Emmy for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy, it would be a major injustice! Of all the names that were announced as nominees, I think no one deserves one more than Sean Hayes. Not one of the other actors in the same category plays their role nearly as well as he does. (P.S., I also would LOVE to see Megan Mullally and Debra Messing win one as well!) :happyface :happyface :happyface

I love Sean. I think he has a good chance of winning but that guy who plays the dad on Malcom in the Middle is pretty good too.

I think Sean should win to. He is funnier than all the other actors in his category put together. But I don't think the show will win much emmys if any this season. Simply because the critics hated this season and thought W&G shouldn't have been nominated this season. Also the show only won one emmy last season. Eric won that Emmy. But I do hope they will this season.

You're right, the critics did not like this season at all and W/G will probably not win best Comedy. I think it's between Friends and Everybody loves Raymond.
I hope W/G doesn't jump the shark. I think the creators left the show to do Good Morning Miami, so that's not good.

The show could Jump now that the creators have left. That does happen sometimes when the creators leave. For instance when the Creators of Married With Children left the show the ratings went down the tube. Hopefully the writers are clever enough not to let that happen.

Well, personally, I think "Will & Grace" has a better shot than most people think. I mean, let's state the obvious -- how many GOOD sitcoms currently air? Not many, but "W&G" is definitely the best! And, yeah, some critics have said that the only reason this show is still so popular is becuz viewing habits are hard to break or the fact that the show had so many big stars as guests. But really, who listens to critics these days? But I definitely believe this show deserves an Emmy even more than "Friends" (sorry, I'm one of the few people who don't get the huge fascination with the show). :happyface :happyface :happyface

I can't believe Sean didn't win. I am so angry, it's not even funny. Even if "W & G" wouldn't have won any other Emmys, as long as they won this one, the awards would have been a success. But the show didn't win a single one. Grrrrr, I'm so mad. Next year he'll win -- or at least, he better!
