It's not really that big of a deal since we go every year, but I thought i'd post it anyway. If some of you don't know what Cedar Point is, it's an amusement park in Ohio. It has the tallest rollercaster in the US also the most coasters in the US, and It's been voted the best amusement park in the worl 4 years in a row!! I'm just really excited!!

Cedar Point is simply the best. I feel blessed to have it nearby. Sadly I don't think I'll have the money to go this summer. Have a blast! Ride Raptor for me! And Millenium Force! (I haven't riden that one yet!)

I've been there once. We stopped there driving to Chicago. I went on the "world's tallest rollercoaster" and also that tall white tower thing that you go up then drop straight down. But I didn't like that b/c I was having trouble getting my seat belt fastened and the guy came by to check and he checked my mom's (whos was fastened) but didn't even check mine! And I still hadn't gotten it shut!! Finally, I got it shut when I was beginning to go up in the air. I would have loved the ride, but I spent the whole time freaking out that it would come undone. I still have nightmares that it came undone while I was up there and I was dangling and then I fell. I'm scarred for life! D@mn those workers!!!

STOP THE TRAIN! BACK UP! When were you in Chicago? You should have told me! Or Amy! Or Libby! Of course, if it was before the boards, then forget what I said but if it wasn't then shame on you. :nonono:

We went there once when I was little & I don't remember. I wish I could go there sometime too. Have fun & be careful! Speaking of Ohio, I have some relatives there that when they talk, they constantly say, "I says," or "he says", or "they says," etc. :talk: Do people in Ohio just talk like that in certain parts, or all over the state?

 Well, I live in the southwestern part of Ohio, and I don't talk like that. In fact, I don't know anyone around here who talks like that.

It was in early October so I had only been on the boards for a while, and I mainly only hung out on the FOLFF board, so I didn't kno many ppl.

I grew-up in Ohio, where the two great amusement parks were Cedar Point and Kings Island. I believe they have a great fireworks display, so if you can go there on or around the 4th of July, it will be great.
I wish I was back there right now, but I am stuck here in Los Angeles, there is alot to do here, but it just isn't home, and it just does not feel the same.
