If you would be able to re-run a show on a broadcasting network during prime-time what shows do you think would make it?

Good question...

Off the top of my head, I think a sitcom like "The Odd Couple" would work well. It was well written, always funny, and Tony and Jack were great together. Would fit right in on NBC, maybe after "Frasier."

I believe the following rerun shows would be successful if run on a broadcast network:

"The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet"
"The Andy Griffith Show"
"The Brady Bunch"
"Coach"
"The Donna Reed Show"
"Happy Days"
"Laverne & Shirley"
"Leave It To Beaver"
"Little House on the Prairie"
"Mork & Mindy"
"Our House" (ran on NBC in the mid-late 1980s Sunday nights)
"Perfect Strangers"
"The Waltons"
"The Wonder Years"

Bewitched

A lot of people in my town like these shows and for a lot of them if they don't watch them it's because they don't get the Hallmark channel. I mean it, they've started fandimoniums (I have no clue how to spell that) in my town so I now that a lot of people in other states probably watch them too. I think that if IDOJ came on NBC right now that it would've had more seasons. But that's not what you asked this is re-runs but I'm sure they could make it on reruns. IDOJ could come on NBC and Bewitched could come ABC like they used to.

I WISH THEY'D REALLY DO THIS!

I would love to see some of my favorite classic shows like "Happy Days", "Bewitched", "I Love Lucy", "Carol Burnett Show", "The Lucy Show", "Facts of Life", "Andy Griffith Show" and old gameshows against the popular shows I hate and see the ratings. Of course, the good shows would win. :happyface

I think they should air reruns on hiatuses, holidays, summer, and on sundays!!

That's a pretty good idea...

It would be fun to see some old shows on Prime Time during these boring summer months.

If NBC, ABC, CBS etc. were to run an old sitcom it would have to be something classic. "Seinfeld" for as popular as it is, is too recent and would just be another rerun. But the show would also have to be something for the whole family. Shows like "All in the Family", "MASH", or "Cheers" (all perennial top 10 shows) would all have thier audience, but maybe not the whole family. So I think a show like "The Munsters" would stand a good chance at remaining in a prime-time line-up. It's goofy without being too silly. It was well casted and stands up after all these years.

My second choice is a little more from the heart...."ALF"
