It's been really nice here the past few evenings but it's been impossible to go out cos there are so many midgies! I swear, there's armies of them buzzing around out there! You can see clouds of 'em just floating around in the air. I got bitten to shreds yesterday - it's horrid!

It rained here a little bit for the past few days here, too. I even had to do my flyer route in the rain. Not that it mattered much to me, since I actually like the rain. I prefer rain over snow any day.:crazy: :crazy: :crazy:

well sorry the rain, but its been beautiful today and is supposed to be very nice for the next few days!!:) yah but hopefully it will clear out for tomorrow

I love rain. We get rain here at a pretty steady pace--sometimes with thunder/lightning storms which I like cause they make my 7 year old brother scared (Hehehe). But if it only rains a little it gets humid but if it rains a lot it doesn't. I want some rain right about now..er

you're lucky..it's 86.4 here! And it's worse in my house...because we don't have an air conditioner...*jumps in pool with clothes on*

Hey Chris, we finally got a little bit of rain over on this side of the state today, which helped the Hayman firefighters out somewhat. It wasn't much but anything is better than nothing. What we really need is a big huge rain cloud to cover the entire state and dump a bunch of rain on all the fires!

Yea, I can already see the smoke coming up here from the Durango fire. It was really dark this afternoon. We had a tiny little drizzle that lasted 5 minutes. It was really nothing.
Well, time for me to get down to the Rainmaker (Yes we have an actual building like that. I'll take a picture someday) and beg and plead for rain.

Its very pleasant here, it supposed to be a crappy weekend but so far so good, yesterday was wicked hot and i got sunburn at my friends pool and it hurts...
is it hot in new orleans? cuz im goi ng there next week as I jus found out yesterday?
