Where is episode 231?

Ive been trying to get the whole LITB series on videotape but I have noticed that TVLand never shows episode 231. Its the one where Wally plays a practical joke on Lumpy and attaches a chain to the axle of Lumpy's car and when Lumpy goes to drive away...........well, I think you can guess what happens. It's just like the classic scene from "American Graffiti". I'm hoping that maybe this time around it will be shown but I'm wondering if they don't have that episode.

They showed the one the last rotation I think. The one they had skipped the last 2 cycles was Beaver's Rat. On the tragic day of 9/11 TV Land lost their signal and then it was skipped again in February or March.

I know they have skipped "Beaver's Rat". I finally got that one last week when it was shown. I didn't realize they had shown "Wally's Practical Joke" at all. I'll have to watch the schedules more carefully from now on.
