View Full Version : Favorite Episode
I was just wondering what everyone's favorite Leave It to Beaver episodes were. I have two. I like the episode "In the Soup" which is of course the episode where Beaver falls into the cup of soup on a billboard. I think everyone has seen that one. I also like "Beaver's Haircut". This is a really early episode, like the third or fourth one, where beaver is given money and is told to go to the barber shop and get a haircut, but of course, Beav looses the money somewhere on the way which he has done several times before. Well, to avoid getting in trouble for losing money again, Beaver and Wally decide they can cut Beaver's hair themselves. It's pretty obvious how it turns out...

LOL! I love the haircut episode. "I don't know, but I think I better stop." "I think it'll grow out within a week." roflmao
My favorites are when Beav and Larry skip school, and the Dudely episode. Oh yeah, I love the episode where Beav saves up to buy Wally a camera for his birthday, but instead buys a bow and arrow set. Of course, Larry breaks it. lol Ken Osmond had some classic lines in that episode. :)

Jenny,
I love the haircut episode, too. Possibly because it hits home for me.
When I was about five, the little girl next-door gave me a haircut. She was five, too, and needless to say, NOT a professional hair dresser. She messed me up so badly, I had to have it all buzzed off!
Later,

I saw this episode yesterday, it's been years since the last time it was on tv. The Cleavers were making vacation plans and hear they were getting their favorite cabin for 2 weeks. Everyone's excited and making lists, packing and thinking of all the fun things they would do, except for Wally. He is attracted to a girl at the library and works things out to stay home. It is so fun to see Ward and June laughing and making jokes, and in the end they are together. Ward tells Wally that there will always be a place for him in the family, that he didn't need to worry when his plans changed.

The episode where Beaver falls in the bowl of soup on the billboard is probably my favorite. :)
