Cosby World of Fatherhood vs. Father Knows Best Fathers' Day

Which one do you think is the better marathon? I say FKB. Maybe it's just because I adore Elinor Donahue's voice.....

I picked Father Knows Best. I'm totally in love with this show!!!!!!!! Jim and Margaret Anderson are such great, sensitive, understanding, non-preachy, non-righteous parents. And the parents and kids all respect each other and they all treat each other as equal human beings. I want this family to be mine!!!

My vote goes to The Cosby Show marathon because I love the Cosby show!!!

I voted for The Cosby Show because I have never seen Father Knows best and my step dad told me that Father Knows best was a really corny and terrilbe show. Plus The Cosby Show is like the highest rated show in television history plus they were the number one show five seasons in a row a record.

Father Knows Best is NOT corny or terrible!! And I don't think you should judge a show based on what someone else said!!!!! I've never seen Will & Grace and my mom said it was really dumb, but I never go around saying it's awful because of that!!!!!!!!!! I think Bill Cosby is always trying to prove that he knows more than his kids do, and Robert Young is always putting the feelings of his kids first, not putting his own ego first. That's why I like FKB and not TCS.

P.S. And I have seen the Cosby Show, several times.

I voted for "Father Knows Best"..I like the show. I mean they're not perfect..Jim gets mad at his kids sometimes. It's not corny or terrible IMO. And like some people I kno say 'well everything gets resolved in 30 minutes', I'm like sooo? That's what most sitcoms do. Margaret rulz, she's always trying to give Jim so peace on the show but it never works.

First off don't go attacking me over this subject. I have actually now that I think of it seen that show. I don't really think it was a good show, I don't understand why it was even ever on. And I also like the Cosby show more because it is more realistic. Most fathers aren't all that supportive, plus on the show Cosby was joking with the kids he wasn't really trying to make them feel stupid or anything.:mad: :mad:
