Don't get mad at me, but I love Cheers. Of course, I've been watching it for 20 years, so that could have something to do with it. I don't like Family Ties though, except for a few episodes. But there's no excuse for shoving Three's Company to 2AM after only a year. I hate Nick at Nite and barely watch it anymore.

Why would people get mad at you for liking Cheers?

A lot of people on this board seem to have a negative opinion of Cheers. I love Cheers, myself.

Everyone has the right to their opinions http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif Wouldn't this place be very boring if we all liked the same things?

Especially on the FOL and TC boards or at least thats where there's 2 or 3 pages on how unfair N@N is to those shows and how their favoring Cheers. So thats one of the reasons so many people are saying they don't like it.I hate Cheers(for alot of reasons that I won't say) but everyone can like and not like any thing they want.

One complaint a lot of people seem to have is that Cheers is on Nick at Nite too many times. Both Cheers and All in the Family are on NAN four times a night. (Family Ties is second with three airings.)

Of course, everyone should have freedom of choice when it comes to TV shows.

I too love Cheers. Another reason why some people don't like Cheers being on N@N is that they happen to be lucky enough to still have Cheers in syndication as well as on N@N. There hasn't been a station showing Cheers where I live in about 4 years. So I like it on Nick.

I don't get any local stations that show Cheers either, but based on what everyone's said, a lot of people must.
