I just happened to turn on my closed captioning function on my television and noticed that Leave It To Beaver is now closed captioned for the hearing impared. I don't know when this started, but it must have been fairly recently. I also kept it on for Gilligan's Island, and that show is also closed captioned. It seems that all shows on TV Land are becoming closed captioned, which I think is a great thing. TV shows, both classic and current, need to be enjoyed by all, especially those who have difficulties with hearing. This is just another step in the right direction for everyone enjoying these classic television shows. :)
