How Old Is The Mom On George Lopez?

Recently when my hubby & I were watching the GEORGE LOPEZ SHOW (which we've seen all the episodes so far & liked so far) we both noticed the mother looked way too young to be his mother. He's in his 40's & yet she looks too young to be mother of someone that old. So we were wondering how old the lady who plays his mom is? Just curious...

Allright, another person from the CHICO & THE MAN boards! :)

My hubby Mike was telling me recently he thinks this is how Freddie Prinze would look like if he were here today that he would look like George Lopez. I agreed with him except I told him Freddie would've had his hari parted on the side like he did. We both think this show is exactly what Freddie Prinze would do if he were alive today. George is living out Freddie Prinzes dreams... :) This is a good show btw & it's nice to see a cleancut family comedy for a change & something that's interesting. :)

WoW Cheryl......... Believe it or not I was thinking the same thing when I looked at this show last Weds. My mind wandered and I saw Freddie in the role that George was in. I was also thinking that Freddie would look a bit like George now. It's weird to think like that but, you and your hubby plus "me" thought the same thing.

I finally watched this show last night. It's great! I could absolutely see Freddie in this show or a family show if he were still with us. Anyway, Last night's episode was great and I like George Lopez very much. The mother may be in her mid to late 60's. She looks great for whatever age she is.

Thanks for the info! She looked so young for her age. I noticed from watching that episode that episode, Freddie would've been great in it! If Freddie had been in it I bet he would've cried when the daughters friend moved away...
