I need help on how to create a web site. I have never done it before and so I am new at this. If you have any information on how to establish a website (getting it started) please reply. Thank You.

well to create a simple website most places to make websites have little webpage builders... thou ur not gonna be able to make a real real nice lookin page with a webpage builder.... HTML code is used to make real nice webpages...... When making websites at places or whatever ya type in the HTML code(There a place for it) and it makes it...... (Ya can learn HTML Code on some websites or there are some books)

There is also Microsoft Frontpage to make websites..... its a webpage builder and ya dont need to know HTML to make a site with Frontpage, I have Frontpage and its around 100 bucks i believe for it..... Another good webpage builder that isnt at a site is AOL PRESS..... You can go to download.com and i believe its there... Thou you have to be on AOL to be able to use it..... I think all three of those are both HTML and webpage builders..... I make sites by making it in frontpage with the page builder..... then once I make it it tells me the HTML code for the page and Copy and paste the html code in topcities html part...... Hope this helped some....
