I've created by own network last year already it's called Classic TV. It debuted on May 28, 2001. I change the schedule about every 4 months at the beginning of September, the beginning of January and the end of April. At each schedule change I add or drop shows. I also keep track of what episodes air and usually drop the show after a certain number of airings. Occasionally, I even pretend to air episodes at their scheduled times and pausing for commercials, as if I'm really running a network.

Your schedule seems over crowded with all of those shows that are on there. You have like over 50 shows on one single network.
I think you should delete some shows and add repeats. I, as a viewer, would be kind of lost with the schedules. Just my thoughts
