The same guy that play's Fred Rutherford played in the unaired pilot *It's A Small World*. However, he played a manager for the Frankin Milk Company. Beaver even kicked him in the leg in the episode. So that means He, Beaver and Barbara Bllingsley have been on the show since day 1.
