Dudley Moore had passed away. What sad news. He starred in Arthur with Liza Minnelli and "10" with Bo Derek. Right after Liza Minelli got married too. :(

I will miss Dudley Moore. Calssiccally trained musician and brilliant comedian.
"Arthur" is one of the funniest movies in the world. His performance in that film makes me laugh out loud every time I see it.
In a bizarre coincidence, the New York Daily News ran a story about the character Arthur Bach last week, and i clipped the picture of him and hung it on my refrigerator. I'm glad I didn't throw it away.

OMG, that is sooooo sad!

I love Dudley Moore! He deserved an Oscar for ARTHUR - it truly is one of the funniest films ever made! (My Liza was in it too!) He was a great actor, comic, and musician. He must have been what, late fifties, early sixties? I'm so sorry to hear that. Thanks for sharing the news though. How did you hear this though? I'm searching the net and not finding it anywhere (I'm guessing it just happened).

***To those that have passed away in 2002: Kevin Smith, Portia Nelson, Peggy Lee, Milton Berle, Harold Russell, Dudley Moore - you will never be forgotten***

It is sad that Milton Berle and Dudley Moore died. They were both very good actors.

Ya - he will be greatly missed!! I didn't know that he was 66. I figured he was alot younger than that!!http://i.cnn.net/cnn/2002/SHOWBIZ/Movies/03/27/death.dudley/story.vert.moore.award.ap.jpg This was the last public picture taken of him in November of last year. According to CNN - he was there to accept an award and couldn't speak because of his illness.

R.I.P. Dudley!! You left a legacy that will not be forgotten!!:crying:
